History: He was an ordinary scientist that was working on a super advanced energy "saving" tech when he found out that it was a bomb to destroy an opposing government. So, he tried to disable it but the government shut the compartment door and tried killing him with it. As it was starting up he put his hands in the plasma generators causing the bomb to malfunction and explode. After the bomb detonated he awoke in a daze in a hospital, with his new found powers and NO memory. Has regained the knowledge that he is a scientist, but the rest is "Erased".
Personality: he is a very nice guy a real pushover depending on his mood the lighting that he shoots from his hands or if he is draining electicity or if he is just walking around the color of the lighting will change and his hair will change to the color of his mood.
